A Moscow Region court fined religious freedom researcher Olga Sibiryova of the Sova Centre for Information and Analysis after her work was allegedly cited by a foreign organisation deemed "undesirable". The Sova Centre says neither it nor Sibiryova ever interacted with the organisation. A repeat offence could lead to criminal prosecution, with a maximum 4-year jail term. Fines and destruction orders continue for Mission Eurasia publications.
