The Human Rights Council this morning concluded its clustered interactive dialogue with the Chair of the Working Group on enforced or involuntary disappearances and the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief. At the beginning of the meeting, Alexandre Fasel, Vice President of the Human Rights Council, expressed his condolences to the family of Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela, who passed away on Tuesday evening. The Council held one minute of silence. Many delegations offered their condolences to the Venezuelan delegation.
